Nowadays, the development of automobiles towards electrification, intelligence, networking and sharing has become the focus of attention. As a direct interaction window between people and vehicles, the form and function of automobile cabins are also constantly upgrading. The mechanical button type automobile cabins with driving control as the core are becoming more and more intelligent and innovative. As a relatively advanced technology at present, 3D technology makes car design and production more and more intelligent, becoming an intelligent space integrating "travel, life and social interaction", and also promoting the development of car cabins to intelligent cabins. This paper combines the data of human-computer interaction user behavior experiment, vision and brain cognition experiment. The corresponding relationship between the low-level design variables and the high-level cognition and usability evaluation is established by entropy method, and the evaluation results of intelligent car cockpit layout and human-computer interaction interface design are calculated based on the mathematical model. The experimental results show that the user's human-computer interaction complexity entropy is negatively related to the results of the sense of pleasure and trust. A new interaction mode can be created by referring to the user's behavior habits, and the misoperation rate is reduced by 21.05%.
