Objective To explore indication and strongpoint of lower blepharoplasty of suspending flap to periosteum.Methods Sumed up 280 cases of lower blepharoplasty,including curative effects and the probability of occurring complication.Results The method of suspending flap to periosteum is suitable for patients of any ages whose lower eyelids skin is rather flabby.The odds of occurring ectropion is very small,and the operation effects is perduring.It can lift midface and help flatten the nasolabial fold.Conclusion The method of suspending flap to periosteum is a perfect method of lower blepharoplasty.
