[Expert consensus on the multidisciplinary integrated management of atopic dermatitis and its comorbidities(2026 edition)].

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic and relapsing inflammatory skin disorder. Patients often present with comorbid atopic conditions such as allergic rhinitis and asthma, making a multidisciplinary team approach essential for comprehensive evaluation and management. To promote standardized full-course management of AD, this consensus was developed under the guidance of the Chinese Society of Allergy in collaboration with the Allergy and Disease Research Center of Fudan University. Clinical experts from various disciplines related to AD and its common comorbidities were invited to contribute. Based on the clinical manifestations and recent advances in diagnosis and treatment of AD and its associated conditions, this document represents China's first multidisciplinary expert consensus on the integrated, full-course management of AD. It aims to optimize multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment pathways and to provide a practical reference for the clinical management of AD throughout its disease course.
