摘要
In order to achieve better user experience, integrated on‐screen touch has become an important development direction of AMOLED. However, FMLOC metal wire bring high reflectivity itself. With the increasing of resolution, reflectivity will be significantly improved. Under some conditions, FMLOC wire itself is easily to be observed by consumers. In this paper, we set different widths of antireflection layer on FMLOC to reduce the reflection, in order to eliminate the shadow by FMLOC metal line being observed. Different widths and thickness of antireflection layer are tested, we made corresponding samples, and carried out scoring test in lighted state. The method can effectively reduce the probability of metal wire being observed under different pixel densities. Among them, the best effect is when the reflectivity is the lowest.
