摘要
The Cu-6.5Fe-(0, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 wt%)Mg ingots were prepared to explore the influence of Mg addition on its physical and mechanical properties. The results indicated that the addition of Mg element suppresses the segregation and coarsening of the Fe phases. The reflection loss effect of the Fe fibers on electromagnetic wave is stronger than that of precipitated phase and grain boundary. The addition of Mg element significantly increases the density of the Fe fibers, resulting in more excellent physical and mechanical properties of the Cu-6.5Fe-0.3Mg alloy. Its electromagnetic shielding value with a thickness of 0.6 mm reached 83 dB at 1000 MHz after aging at 400 °C for 1 h, which was 40 dB and 10 dB higher than that of the pure Cu and Cu-6.5Fe alloy, respectively. And its conductivity and hardness reached 64.9% IACS and 167.1HV, respectively. It had a wide range of application prospects in the fields of 5G communication and industrial robots.
