摘要
This paper built the performance evaluation indicators of the disaster rescue logistics system by fuzzy analytical hierarchy based on analysis of the emergency purchasing decisions, storage decisions, transportation decisions and information support of the disaster rescue logistics systematically, from the view of systematic sciences, and the combined features of the disaster rescue logistics. Then this paper analyzes and evaluates the running process, result and efficiency of the disaster rescue logistics system comprehensively which further helps in improving and optimizing the work of disaster rescue logistics which corresponds to a more scientific decision making. To evaluate the performance of the disaster rescue, a logistics system is used to analyze and evaluate the running process, and results of efficiency of the disaster rescue logistics system operated after the end of the natural disaster rescue work is collected so as to improve and optimize the work of disaster rescue logistics which corresponds to a more scientific decision making. This heightens efficiency, minimizes personnel and property losses. And this further helps in ensuring the smooth and efficient work of disaster rescue logistics.
