Texture and Recrystallization of Tantalum Wires

The recrystallizatlon mechanic and texture evolution of tantalum wires at various temperatures were investigated.It was noted that the recrystallizatlon was completed and the fine grain appeared at 1360℃ and the exaggerated growth occurred at 1500℃.A recrystallization model of bcc metal was proposed to explain the evolution of tantalum textures.
