Properties of SBR extended by domestic environment-friendly oil

The basic properties of SBR extended by domestic environment-friendly oil and its application in tread were studied,and the feasibility of using domestic environment-friendly oil to replace distillate aromatic extracts(DAE) and treated distillate aromatic extracts(TDAE) was analyzed.The test results showed that,the processability,physical properties and dynamic properties of SBR extended by domestic environment-friendly oil were good,the comprehensive properties were similar to DAE-extended SBR and TDAE-extended SBR,and some properties were even better;domestic environment-friendly oil could be used in SBR as an extending oil to replace DAE and TDAE.
