A New Method to the Optimummaking Stowage Plans

This paper, to overcome the inadequacy in the traditional way of stowage plan, puts forward a method to the optimum making stowage plans on the application of the theory of multi-purpose program, and develops a program of modal-solution to promote the stowage.
