Objective To study the expression of IFN-γ in acute lung injury after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty SD rates were randomly divided into 2 groups:intracerebral hemorrhage group and the control group. To utilize stereotactic apparatus and inject autologous blood into the caudate nucleus to build ICH model. The immunohistochemstry techniques were used to detect the expression of IFN-γ in lung tissue. Results The expression of IFN-γ in intracerebral hemorrhage was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05);The expression of IFN-γ in 5 and 7 days after ICH much higher than 24 hours and 3 days(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of IFN-γ in intracerebral hemorrhage group was upregulated, which could play a great role in acute lung injury.
