Research on the trust model of information sharing between government organizations

The lack of trust between governmental organizations affects their usage of information resources for decision-making and the level of public services effectively.According to the poor information sharing caused by lacking of information between governmental organizations,this paper presents the information sharing trust evaluation model between the same level,the lower levels and loosely-oriented governments.On the basis of inter-organizational trust indicators,the model gives the frequency indicators of government information exchange.Considering the characteristics of government information and interactive interval time factors,the model also introduces influencing factors of government information's type and combines the trust of information exchange experiences and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The model solves the measurement problems of the direct trust of information exchange between governmental organizations and provides decision supports for information sharing between the direct interaction governmental organizations.
