摘要
The microwave absorption of two-dimensional MXene Ti3C2Tx, prepared by exfoliating the Ti3AlC2 phase with a solution of HCl and LiF, was investigated in the frequency range of 2–18 GHz. Further, the impact of diverse etching times on the structure, morphology, and dielectric properties was considered. The minimum reflection loss value was −27.5 dB at 17.1 GHz for the Ti3C2Tx -24 sample, which was remarkably better than that of Ti3AlC2 (−6.7 dB), owing to multilayer reflections and scattering in the middle of the laminate structure. Thus, two-dimensional MXene was successfully synthesized herein via an effective method, suggesting that Ti3C2Tx MXenes are promising candidates as electromagnetic absorbing materials.
