摘要
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high defective rate of modular machine tools in parts processing, combined with the structural characteristics of modular machine tools and parts processing requirements, a multi-station modular machine tool electrical control system is developed, which can simultaneously realize five processes of drilling, boring, reaming, tapping and plane milling, ensure the central consistency of parts processing, reasonably arrange the action process and time of each module, and construct an upper computer operation monitoring interface, effectively improving the processing accuracy, speed and efficiency.
