摘要
To our knowledge, this is the first report of the efficacy of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) in promoting wound healing via IL-17. Moreover, NPWT and IL-17 can alter chromatin accessibility. Our study identifies a novel mechanism for NPWT’s efficacy in wound healing.
