摘要
We propose a joint low-complexity compensation scheme of carrier frequency offset and carrier phase noise using extended Kalman filter (EKF) for discrete spectrum modulation nonlinear frequency division multiplexing (DS-NFDM) systems. 2 GBaud DS-NFDM 16/64APSK simulation results present that the EKF scheme can achieve the joint compensation for the maximum frequency offset of 200 MHz and the maximum linewidth of 700 kHz. The transmission distances corresponding to 16APSK and 64APSK achieve 1200 km and 400 km, respectively, and the BERs are less than the 7% forward error correction (FEC) thresholds. The proposed EKF scheme has a fast convergence speed of about 5000 symbols.
