摘要
Functional nonisocyanate polyurethanes (NIPUs) are highly valued because they are prepared without the use of toxic isocyanate raw materials and they can meet the growing demand and market variety. In this work, nonisocyanate poly(carbonate-ether) polyurethanes (PPC x -PUDL) were synthesized based on 1,6-hexanediamine (HDA), dimethyl carbonate (DMC), 1,6-hexanediol (HDO), and poly(carbonate-ether) polyol (PPC) as raw materials. The synthesized polymers not only solve the problems of poor mechanical properties of polyether-type polyurethanes and insufficient hydrolysis resistance of polyester-type polyurethanes but also exhibit solvent resistance, adhesive properties, and shape memory properties. In addition, the synthesized products are self-adhered at room temperature. This study provides a simple and environmentally friendly polycondensation method to obtain polyurethane material with good properties, which has great prospects in the fields of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, adhesive tape labels, and disposable products.
