摘要
In this paper, an improved LINE-REFLECT-REFLECT-MATCH (LRRM) calibration algorithm combined with Thru-Line de-embedding method (Thru Line-LRRM) is proposed. The frequency variation characteristics of the MATCH standard are taken into account and analyzed further. The steps of the Thru Line-LRRM calibration are presented. Based on this calibration algorithm, a set of calibration models and test models are designed, and the calibration results show that the proposed algorithm performs well in calibrating high-and low-reflective test objects of various attenuation.
