Prozone Effect of the AQP4-IgG Test in a Patient With NMOSD

This case report describes a false-negative result of the aquaporin-4–immunoglobulin G (AQP4-IgG) test due to the prozone effect in a woman with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD).
