Measurement Method and Effects of Interfacial Energy Anisotropy on Crystal Growth

The anisotropy of interfacial energy plays an important role in crystal growth.A review was presented about researches on the anisotropy of interfacial energy recent years,as following aspects:(1)effects of the interfacial energy anisotropy on solid-liquid interface morphology;(2)effects of the interfacial energy anisotropy on dendrite growth;(3)measurement of the interfacial energy anisotropy.
