Diagnostic Signigicance of Luminescence Immunity Analysis of CA19-9 and CA242 in Pancreatic Cancer

Objective To study the diagnosis significance of the tumor marks CA19 9,CA242 in pancreatic cancer.Methods From January 2001 to December 2002,serum CA19 9 and CA242 were detected with luminescence immunity analysis techniques in 125 cases,in which there were 13 cases of pancreatic cancer.Results The serum levels of CA19 9,CA242 in patients with pancrcreatic cancer were obvious higher than those of matched control.Conclusion Increased CA19 9,CA242 concentration in serum may strongly indicate progrssion of pancreatic cancer and poor prognosis.
