Studies on Chemical Constituents of Ethyl Acetate Portion of Incarvillea arguta

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate portion of Incarvillea arguta.Method: The ethyl acetate portion were isolated and pured by silica gel column chromatography,HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20.Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data(1H-NMR,13C-NMR).Result: Five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate portion.They were identified as suberosenol A(1),suberosenol B(2),suberosenone(3),kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rha mnoside(4),ferulic acid(5).Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
