Preparation Methods And Properties of Hydrogen Selenide

Hydrogen selenide is used as raw materials,doping gas and reducing gas in integrated circuit manufacturing process.Zinc selenide directly synthetized by hydrogen selenide and zinc is one of the important infrared optical material,and the preferred material for high power CO2 laser system optics.The article describes several preparation methods of hydrogen selenide and makes an estimate of each method.
