Metasurface holography has long been a question of great interest in a wide range of fields, especially in the ultraviolet (UV) range. However, traditional metasurface is of reflection-type or transmission-type. Herein, a novel metasurface of large field of view (FOV) is designed to implement two independent holographic images in the transmission and reflection spaces respectively in the UV spectrum. Niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5) and magnesium fluoride (MgF2) are utilized to form two types of meta-atom for reducing absorption. Moreover, a new method of arranging the two types of meta-atom is proposed to establish full-space metasurface. The manipulation of a single metasurface in the UV spectrum is expanded to full-space. Two independent holographic images are obtained by the reflection and transmission regions simultaneously. The FOV is up to 83° and the total image efficiency is 20.2%. Such schemes may open up new possibilities for anti-counterfeiting, information encryption/hiding, optical storages, optical integration, image displays and other potential applications.
