PbSe Thin Film with Chemical Bath Deposition

Leadselenide (PbSe) crystalline thin film produced with chemical bath deposition onsubstrates (commercial glass). Transmittance, absorption, optical band gap andrefractive index investigated UV/VIS. Spectrum. The structural and optical ofPbSe thin films were analyzed at different pH. SEM analysis studied for surfaceanalysis and elemental ratio in films. Some properties of films changed with pHand these properties investigated change of pH. The pH values were scanned at8-11. The optical band gap changed with pH between 1.19 to 1.41 eV. Also, thefilm thickness changed with pH at 76 nm to 126 nm.
