Reflections of the Power& Prestige of Leading Cadres

The force of the influence of leading cadres is crucial for leaders to carry out their work.The kinds of influence force vary from the compulsory and the non-compulsory,in which the former refers to the power leaders owning,and the latter refers to the prestige.Being with power is not necessarily effective to develop leader's prestige,without prestige,however,it is hard to haunch their power.How to combine the power with the prestige harmoniously is a problem which deserves leading cadres to think about.
