LIFELONG LEARNING IN FORMATION OF THE MODERN BUSINESS COMMUNITY OF RUSSIA

Methodology:The author covered main aspects of the problem and solved it by using such scientific research methods as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and logical, abstraction and concretization.Education is transforming into a mobile and open system, where the role of formal education is declining, and the influence of non-formal and informal (i.e. going beyond the standard educational environment) education is growing, new forms of receiving educational services are appearing, and the educational service itself is undergoing significant changes. These transformations directly determine the changing requirements for professional qualifications.Results:It is established that after graduation annually, an average of 20% of knowledge is lost. In the modern world of knowledge is a perishable product. Knowledge becomes obsolete very quickly. Many university graduates are now faced with the problem that the knowledge that they received in the learning process, and which were oriented towards their application in the future after graduation, has lost its vital importance and relevance and is completely outdated. Training takes on a permanent character. The success of a persons professional career in modern society directly depends on continuing education throughout the professional career.The author compares European experience and Russian practice in the field of lifelong learning.Conclusions:So, the quality of the country's human potential is a key factor in its competitiveness, therefore, the international trend towards the development of support systems for lifelong education of citizens is associated with changing market demands and technological changes and an increase in the speed of transformation, unpredictability of transformation of economic mechanisms.The main objective of further education is the continuous training of workers in connection with the continuous improvement of the conditions of professional activity and the social environment. Through further education, it is possible to improve qualifications in the field of activity of interest, which is especially relevant for business now. The relevance of educational programs that offer classical educational systems sometimes decreases even at the beginning of the school year and require adjustment. The presence of dynamic monitoring of companies' requirements for candidates, as well as the growing popularity of online education in general, allows educational organizations to easily adapt to labor market trends and offer educational programs relevant to the business environment.Relevance of the study:In many countries, the urgent task is to form a new generation of cadres, the solution of which is possible provided that there is a modern model of continuing education, the key element of which is the system of additional education. The need for the formation of super-professional skills and abilities, which in turn should be universal for specialists of various industries, becomes especially urgent. Mastering them allows the employee to increase the effectiveness of professional activities in their industry, and also makes it possible to move from one industry to another, while maintaining their relevance. At the same time, the responsibility of the person himself for his own choice of educational and professional paths, accumulated competencies and experience is growing.
