摘要
Bismuth oxide is a semiconductor material, which has unique optical and electrical properties and is widely used in the production of glass, catalysts, solid electrolytes, microelectronics, optical coatings, as a precursor agent in the synthesis of superconductors, in medical applications, and in gas sensors. Production of amorphocrystalline products is based on the use of physical processes, quenching of NPts by means of dispersion on cold substrates, such as flame spray pyrolysis, PVD, CVD, PLD, magnetron sputtering, etc. Bismuth, as a half-metal, is of great interest because of its unique properties. Amorphous semiconductors exhibit limited photocatalytic activity due to the high recombination rate of charge carriers, therefore, to enhance photocatalytic activity, it is common to try to enhance the crystallinity and reduce the number of bulk defects in amorphous materials.
