Inca's Experience of System Integration

Inca Digital Printers are system integrators who have been manufacturing large format, flatbed inkjet printers since 2001. Inkjet printers employ a wide range of technologies (including printheads, motions system components, custom electronics and software) all of which must work together reliably to produce good quality printing at high speed. In this section we describe some of the important issues which need to be considered, and some of the potential pitfalls to avoid, when designing large format inkjet printers.
