ABSTRACT Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is an autoimmune blistering disorder predominantly affecting the elderly, with rare occurrences in children. We report a case of a 3‐year‐old girl with BP who initially failed conventional treatments but achieved complete remission following dupilumab therapy. This case suggests that dupilumab could be an effective and safe alternative for pediatric BP resistant to standard therapies, though further studies are needed to confirm its efficacy.
