Interpretation of poetry by future philologists as socio-cultural phenomenon

This paper is about problem of understanding and interpreting poetryby determining its linguistic and extralinguistic characteristics. It is proved that the poetic text is a psycho-aesthetic phenomenon, which allows unlimited number of interpretations, because it is the result of the author's idea, created for the expression of individual knowledge of the world by means of linguistic means.
