摘要
This article focuses on nanoparticles role in protein misfolding process. Silver nanoparticles are synthesized by using grapes fruit extract as reducing agent and optimised the size of nanoparticle by changing 2 parameters (pH and vol. of grapes extract). Characterization of silver nanoparticles was done by Uv Vis Spectroscopy, DTS, TTIR and SEM etc. Here bovine serum albumin protein is heat treated twice with and without nanoparticles by applying temperature at 60°C and 80°C. Their changes were monitored by using different instruments like Uv-Vis Spectroscopy, DLS, Zeta potential, FTIR, Fluorescence Spectroscopy etc. From DLS and Zeta potential analysis it was shown that nanoparticles prevent aggregation of BSA protein to a good extent. But it may not help to restore the original conformation of protein as it is shown by fluorescence and Uv-Vis spectroscopy. However fluorescence study showed Nanoparticles may help to maintain a specific configuration of protein before and after heating. This article may help to develop new way to solve disease caused due to protein aggregation.
