Extraction and Detection Polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes

The mushroom polysaccharide has many pharmacological effects,taking Lentinus edodes as material,the optimal extract conditions of polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes are studied.The extraction Lentinus edodes polysaccharide by water-alcohol is focused on,and the content of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide by phenol-sulfuric acid method is tested.The result shows that the optimum extraction conditions of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide are as follows:extraction temperature 100 ℃,80% ethanol,extraction time 6 h.
