Improvement on the Identification in Radix Polyoni Multiflori of Jinfen Wpillan by TLC

OBJECTIVE To improve the identification by TLC in Radix Polyoni Multiflori of jinfenwpillan.METHODS Sample preparation was changed hydrochloric acid、water and chloroform by heat reflux extraction method.RESULTS The spots were clear and separated completely in the TLC methods.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate which can be used to control the quality in Radix Polyoni Multiflori of Jinfenwan.
