摘要
Ultrathin CdIn2S4 nanosheets with a thickness of ~4 nm have been synthesized via a facile one-pot hydrothermal method with using the mixture of water and ethanol as solvent. The as-obtained CdIn2S4 ultrathin nanosheets possess many nanoholes with size ranges from 1.8 nm to 9 nm and exhibit efficient photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution.
