摘要
The antimony selenide (Sb2Se3) has attracted considerable attention for the potential application in high-performance visible-to-near-infrared photodetectors (PDs). Here, a solution-processed Sb2Se3 film with large crystal size has been employed to fabricate visible-to-near-infrared Sb2Se3 metal–semiconductor-metal (MSM) PDs, exhibiting excellent thin film photodetection performance. This inspiring work provides a boulevard for future applications of high-performance visible-to-near-infrared PDs.
