Research on the cause and decrease method of bullwhip effect in supply chain

Inventory control has always been an important link in supply chain management,However,during the procedure of production,supply and sale,the existence of bullwhip effect has never disappear.It results in inventory backlog and reduces the efficiency of supply chain.In order to reduce the bullwhip effect,we analyse and summarize of the cause of bullwhip effect,putting forward several methods to recede the effect,put emphasis on VMI,JMI and TPL by modeling and analysing the supply chain structure,point out that inventory control methods can recede the bullwhip effect in some degree through different aspects.
