Numerical simulations of tempering characteristics of 23MnNiMoCr54 block chain steel

Based on tempering theoretical equation the quantitative relationships among tempering hardness, tempering temperature and tempering time were numerically simulated and verified through hardness data processing of 23MnNiMoCr54 block chain steel tempered at varying temperatures for an hour, which provides the scientific basis for rational determination of short time tempering process parameters of 23MnNiMoCr54 block chain steel for mineral.
