Capitalocene and world-ecology

This chapter contrasts the prevalent concepts of metabolism, metabolic rift, and Anthropocene in Marxist ecology with the concepts of world-ecology and Capitalocene, which are also rooted in Marxism but still remain somewhat on the periphery of the debate.
