摘要
1-(4-(4,6-Bis(4�-chlorophenylamino)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylamino)-phenyl)-3-(aryl substituted) prop-2-en-1-one 3 has been used as precursor to synthesize some new pyrimidine, pyrazoline, isoxazoline and isothiazoline derivatives. Several derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for their antimicrobial efficacy against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphyllococcus aureus, antifungal activity against B. fragilis, B. vulgatus, F. oxysporum and T. viridae, insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana and anthelmintic activity against Pheretima posthuma (Indian adult earthworm).
