Ultrafast charge and energy transfer in a MoSe2/WSe2 heterostructure

We examine ultrafast charge and energy transfer in a MoSe2/WSe2 heterostruc-ture using multi-dimensional coherent spectroscopy. This technique identifies transfer processes and indicates charge and energy transfer times below 200 fs and 900 fs, respectively.
