摘要
This paper presents an automated component-based hardware design of a three-phase dual-active bridge (3ph-DAB) converter as part of a bidirectional on-board charger (OBC) with a specified volume and a specified overall system efficiency. The proposed automated design procedure optimizes parameters like the switching frequency and the dimensioning of the magnetics. In order to verify the design procedure, a hardware prototype which fulfills all target specifications is realized.
