摘要
The electromechanical coupling coefficient (k33) of 0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.3PbTiO3 〈001〉-oriented crystals have been investigated under unaxial stress (σ) and temperature (T). The results demonstrate that 〈001〉-oriented crystals have a k33 of ∼0.92, which is nearly independent of σ between 0 and 6×107 N/m2 (∼4% decrease) and relatively independent of temperature between 5 and 40 °C (∼4% increase).
