Maintenance Level Logic Decision Analysis Method of Preventive Maintenance

At present,there is no normative and uniform decision analysis technique for maintenance level of preventive maintenance.A logic decision analysis technique for maintenance level of preventive maintenance is studied in this paper.The object of maintenance level decision analysis is preventive maintenance tasks.Preventive maintenance includes time based maintenance(TBM) and condition based maintenance(CBM).TBM is classified into restoration and discard,and CBM is classified into condition detection,condition identification,condition prediction,maintenance decision making,and fault diagnosis and maintenance implementation.The logic decision making models of maintenance level for TBM and CBM are constructed respectively based on maintenance intervals,evaluation of maintenance ability,other non-economic factors and economic analysis.
