Research progress on advanced oxidation processes of coking wastewater

The coking wastewater is a kind of intractable wastewater from the coking products of coal,whose component is complicated and difficult to treat.The research process and mechanism for coking wastewater treatment by advanced oxidation processes,such as ozone oxidation,photo-catalytic oxidation,electrochemical oxidation,sonochemical oxidation,wet catalytic oxidation and microwave-induced oxidation process and so on are summarized in this paper and the suggestions and prospects are also proposed.
