Determination of 13 kinds of organic acids and resveratrol in fruit juice by HPLC.

An HPLC method was developed for simultaneous determination of 13 kinds of organic acids and resveratrol in fruit juice.C18 reverse phase column and water(pH=2.5)-methanol dual solvent gradient elution system was used for fruit samples and the jam was centrifuged to get the clarified juice.The juice was then mixed with water with the ratio of 1:1.The limits of quantification(S/N=3) of the fourteen compounds were from 0.1 mg/L to 8.9 mg/L,while all the linear correlation coefficients were over 0.995.Most of the recoveries of the compounds in grape juice,orange juice and apple juice were ranged from 90% to 110% with the relative standard deviation being of above 5%.This method can be used for the determination of contents of these compounds in fruit juice and fruit juice drinks.
