Understanding the Checking Rh Blood Group in Clinical Blood Transfusion

Objective To ensure clinical blood transfusion safely,mastering the reexamination of patients of Rh(D) blood group and blood donor of Rh(D)blood group.Methods Agglutinative method is used to check Rh(D)blood group antigen.Results 21 patients in 5833 patients are Rh(D)negative and 2 patients are Rh(D)negative in reexamiation 2027 Rh(D)positive blood donors.Conclusion It is significant to check Rh(D)blood group antigen in the clinical blood transfusion.
