Composites of Co-based bimetallic LDH and ZIF-9 as efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for water splitting

ZIF-9 is an efficient OER catalyst with poor HER performance in alkaline solution. The in situ process developed to modify the metal LDH on ZIF-9 enhances its HER performance while retaining its original OER performance.
