Quantitative Phase-Contrast Microscopy for Analysis of Live Cells by Using Lateral Shearing Approach in Digital Holography

Quantitative phase microscopy (QPM) can be obtained by adding the concept of digital Lateral Shear Interferometry (LSI) to Digital Holography (DH). We demonstrate that the proposed approach offer some important advantages compared to other methods.
