摘要
Trans-4-( trans-4'-n-propylcyclohexyl) cyclohexyl aldehyde of a purity of more than 98% was obtained via hydrogenation,acidolysis and isomerization reaction with trans-4-( 4'-n-propylcyclohexyl)-benzaldehyde propylene glycolacetal as the starting material,and the total yield was 39. 2%. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by1HNMR,IR and GC-MS. The hydrogenation reaction conditions of trans-4-( 4'-propylcyclohexyl)-benzaldehyde propylene glycolacetal were investigated,and the results of the condition experiments show that the reaction outcome was best when Ru / C was used as the catalyst,ethanol as the reaction solvent,m [trans-4-( 4'-n-propylcyclohexyl)-benzaldehyde propylene glycolacetal]∶ m( Ru / C) was 1 ∶ 0. 09,the hydrogenation pressure was 3. 5 MPa,and the reaction temperature was 35 ~ 40 ℃.
