he Research Review about the Process and the Modes of Degradation of Pesticide Residues in Tea

Pesticide residue is an important issue about Quality and safety of tea,in the current large-scale production of tea,the use of pesticides is still inevitable.Based on natural degradation of pesticide residues of tea,it has important practical significance for quality and safety of tea which use biological,chemical and physical methods to reduce the pesticide residues of tea.This paper sums up the situation of research about degradation processes and degraded modes of pesticide residues in tea,and look into the future of degradation of pesticide residues in tea.
